Time sure flies when you’re sleeping. With a shut eye that might seem like 5mins, 8hours would have actually passed. It’s as if we’ve been warped into a time-zone. Like, super-fast-worded.
Read the papers a little just yesterday morning. Saw this Porsche 911 in the ‘Saturday section’. It can actually hit a speed of 100km in, what? 3 secs? Can vaguely remember but I do know that it’s acceleration is darn fast.
Caught the NBA on the TVs after that. It was the match between LA Clippers and Phoenix Suns. Steve Nash was awarded the MVP accolade. Little wonder why when one sees him play on the court. Gee… I’m full of admirations for him. Haha.
Met Jee at Bishan and went shopping for her friend’s 21st birthday gift. Guess what? She forgot her wallet. Funny thing about some girls is that they like the have 2wallets instead of one. Maybe a purse for cards, another for cash. Maybe one wallet for coins, the other for something else. And just happened she brought her EZ link pouch, and forget her cash wallet. Hahas. How funny. Guess it would be too troublesome for her to go back home and get it, decided to be her ATM for the day.
Checked out at Perllini’s and then Bits n Pieces. I think it’s the 3rd day in a row that I’ve been to B&P. The sales lady actually noticed me and said, ‘hello! You again?’
Settled for a necklace and went of to Queensway SC. Time really past by quickly when you chat and talk and crap. The ride down from Bishan down to Raffles and then to Queenstown seemed real fast as we talked, maybe because we pay less attention to the surroundings when you talk.
Reached QSC and walked right in to the Sportslink shop. Guess that’s the 1st shop people would patronize when they’re there to look for shoes. It has the best layout, and it apparently looked the neatest. Saw the shoe she wanted, tried it out, bargained a little, and it was hers. (Sometimes I wonder how one actually bargains. It’s really interesting yet somehow embarrassing to me.)
Walked around, and got myself a new pair of jeans (yaaay!) and boxers. Owells. Saw a pair of berms that looked really nice and I was really tempted. But it was going at fifty bucks. Too bad am on a low budget. Haha. All those 21st birthdays celebrations come at a breath-taking pace, which in turn contributes to massive burnings in the pockets. Next would be Ling. Then Oak. Bud. Eek!
Headed back to J8 coffee beans. Chatted again for another hour or so, and we parted out ways after that. Was feeling lazy. Still haven’t found the motivation to write the thank you cards. Think I shall do it tonight. Nono. Shan’t procrastinate. Will see how it goes. Haha.
WTC is gonna be a real headache I foresee. All the major last minute changes that’s gonna take place, and the fact that the committee is so busy with their schoolwork, so much has to be done by the 2 of us. I think this is going to be the last project I’m taking up. Getting tired of their attitude. So much for thanksgiving. Ha!
Thanks Ms Red Face, for the ‘little’ chat we had. Your persistence is rather commendable. Thanks again. Appreciate it. =) And just maybe you might wanna consider switching professions, or like I said, sidelines. You’re darn good at it.
Oh ya, our evil plans shall be carried out by hook or by crook. *evil grins*.
