And so it goes. My 1st TKD lesson. Since what, 4years back?
My legs are aching now. Hamstring, calf. Even the toe muscles are achy. Same goes for my glutious maximus (that’s the butt muscle). Haven’t had such intensive lower limb training for such a long time.
Got the kicks back again. Still can’t do proper side kicks. Ain’t flexible enough. Apart from that, the other kicks were fine. Rather impressed by the ‘combo kicks’. Stuff like turning kick followed by double turning and a back thrust. The adrenaline was pumping as I hit the targets. All the thumping sound the kicks made. A great way to vent all the frustrations inside.
Still, wondering if I should regularly train and go for the final grading which I failed years back. The environment wasn’t really conducive. If I were to remember all the grading patterns, I would be bothering Derek a lot. It might hinder his training. Ponders.
Meeting up jee tmr to settle some Nus application stuff. Still wondering what course should I take? What is it that I want? Sucks.
Came across dingyi’s blog. She likes hair. Oh no.
