It feels weird when you actually have to limp around, and having almost EVERYONE staring at you.
Went lunch at Kopitiam. Ber, hoon and bud. Bud was kind enough to pass me the episodes of DH and drove me over for lunch. Thanks. Sat there for almost an hour and a half. Love the chats. Though they’re more or less crappy stuff.
Caught a movie with Ber. "8 under". Nice show. Kinda touching. 'Bout 8 dogs been left behind at a command post in Antarctica, and how they managed to survive till their owner comes back. Thank you bud for the ride! Saw familiar faces at J8 yet again. Think Singapore is just too small. Everywhere we go, we bound to bump into people we know. Haha.
Been a long time since I’ve had Subway. The last time was… ya. Owells. Memories flooding. Pfft. Desmond’s cute though. He looked like he’s been deprived of GOOD food for a blardy long time. Ber made it sound as if he’s been eating fried rice EVERY night for dinner. Haha.
Met up Mark back in school. Dropped by 7-11 before we went in. Said he wanted to reduce the numbers on the scales. And guess what? He had a huge cup of Coke. Hmmmm…. Haha. Did some catching up. It felt good to be back once in a while. Seeing how things develop. How’re the students. Haha. And the office politics. FANTASTIC. LURVE it.
Took ‘em for tests today. Been a while since I’ve seen them. Everyone seemed so same yet different. It’s like, it feels weird to see them again after quite some time. But once you start talking, everything just comes back. Weird huh.
Got to know that my dear Sierra Charlie Bravo had got a Christian name – Patrick. Were discussing with Mark why not Theiry or Dennis. Hope he does well for his business.
Time is passing by really quickly. Our dear Hoon and PE and Ling’s birthday are coming up. Next would be WTC. Then school will start. Everything’s taking place at a breath taking speed. It feels as though I got enlisted just yesterday.
So much as happened. Yeah. Bet I’ve said this a thousand over times. Things change so quickly. Sometimes just hope that things won’t change and stay the way it is. But usually they don’t.
We humans are supposedly the most adaptable creatures on earth, yet so many of us are afraid of changes. Afraid of uncertainties. We’re sufficient in our comfort zone. We accept changes not because we want to. But rather, many times its because we have to.
We can’t have everything our way. Can we? Haha.
But I’m sure that one day, things will go my way. =)
